Removal of vignette

On January 1st 2025, Denmark will switch from the Eurovignette to a kilometre charge for trucks of 12 tons and above. The toll will be calculated based on distance driven and so-called CO2 emission classes. Automatic and digital enforcement will be used to ensure that the tolls are paid. Violations are punished with a fine.
